Alia specialises in immigration and asylum related cases and is based at our Liverpool office.
About
Alia works on Asylum and Human Rights cases. In addition, she has worked on complex applications including those relating to unaccompanied Asylum seeking minors, victims of trafficking, as well as appeals to the Immigration Tribunal.
Alia is an accredited as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme, meaning that she possesses the required level of competency and experience in this area of law as specified by the Law Society. It also enables her to advise and assist both privately and publicly funded clients.
Alia has over 10 years immigration experience and specializes particularly in the Iranian, Sudanese, Syrian, Eritrean, Iraqi, Libyan and Afghan Asylum and appeal casework.
