Legal Aid Matters

At Kalsi Solicitors we provide our clients with a fresh, reliable and high-quality service. Our team is different. We do not employ pushy sales staff or lawyers that are never available for you to speak to. With the majority of our clients being referred to us by existing ones, we feel that we are able to provide the same attention and support to anyone that wants us to!

With ever-changing Immigration laws and so many conflicting messages, it can be easy to follow the advice found on a blog or forum, that is often posted in error or only part of the facts. That’s why at Kalsi Solicitors, we encourage you to send us a message or call us for a free confidential chat. We only charge for work that we are representing you for.

Quality

At Kalsi Solicitors we like to provide our clients with the highest quality service and will always go that extra step to meet our client’s needs. Our highly experienced team work closely with British Embassies globally as well as the Home Office domestically.

Communication

Our clients often tell us of bad previous experiences with lawyers and their frustrations in being unable to get hold of them or provide them with a progress report. At Kalsi Solicitors we are aware of how frustrating this can be for clients and it is for that reason we provide the direct contact number of the person assisting them, including a mobile number and an email address so that communication never breaks down. We also provide clients with a login to their own client portal, in which they are able to obtain a progress report or to download copies of any documents provided to us.

Cost

At Kalsi Solicitors we realise that some applicants may be discouraged from seeking professional assistance because of perceived high costs. However, our approach is different allowing us to offer fixed fees for all cases and a variety of payment options to suit clients’ needs and priorities, and with no hidden costs or additional fees to pay, you can budget with confidence and be secure in the knowledge that your application is in very safe hands.
